The Bluffs shared amenities include a community center, on-site laundry facilities, and a children's play area. Housing options are available for varying income levels, specifically 30-80% of the area median income (AMI).

A selection of one bedroom homes, along with all of our two and three bedroom apartments are available through a referral partnership with the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz. Occupancy is limited to income-qualified households. To be added to the referral list, please contact the Housing Authority directly. We look forward to assisting you in your housing search as apartments become available.
The Bluffs also has a selection of one bedroom apartments available to those earning comparatively high income levels --- 80% of area median incomes for Santa Cruz County. These apartments are marketed directly by the property manager. The 2025 rental rate for one of these apartments is $2,829 per month. The Bluffs is scheduled for completion of Construction early this Fall. We look forward to welcoming new residents to the community as soon as construction is complete. All apartments at the Bluffs have been leased, and we expect no move out activity before the end of calendar year 2026.
